| Spain | Expected delays | 10-8-2026 | Due to the wildfire in the Niebla area (Huelva), and following the instructions issued by the emergency services, access restrictions, precautionary evacuations, and road closures are temporarily affecting GLS collection and delivery services in certain areas of the province. The affected areas include several municipalities with postal codes 21647 and 21840. Shipments destined for these areas will be temporarily held at GLS facilities until the authorities confirm that conditions are safe and operations can resume. These circumstances may result in delays or temporary disruptions to collections and deliveries until road access and normal operations are restored. |

| Italy | Expected delays due to Bank Holiday | 31-07-2026 | No last-mile deliveries or pick-ups will take place on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 August. 15 August is a national public holiday in Italy. Shipments arriving in Italy on Thursday 13 August will be unloaded and sorted as normal. Deliveries will resume from Monday 17 August onwards. Shipments arriving on 14 August will be unloaded as normal and forwarded on 17 August, with delivery planned for Tuesday 18 August. |
