We support a number of organizations and initiatives focusing on children.

#Gribbolden

Since 2022, we have been part of #GribBolden, which kicks off every year when the first whistle of the Danish Superliga season is blown.

Together with the #GribBolden partners, we provide a Select Replica Superliga football to everyone who supports the Danish Childhood Cancer Foundation with a donation of at least DKK 250.

In 2025, the campaign raised more than DKK 1.9 million to support the foundation’s work for children affected by cancer and their families.

Børnecancerløbet 2026

We are once again the proud main sponsor of Børnecancerløbet, which raises funds for the Danish Childhood Cancer Foundation and supports children fighting a difficult battle against cancer.

The next run will take place on September 5, 2026, in Aarhus, where participants will run 1 km laps. GLS will donate DKK 5 for every kilometre completed.

Legeheltene Riders

For the second year in a row, we are supporting Legeheltene Riders, who cycle from Aalborg to Copenhagen, visiting children in hospitals along the route.

The purpose is to raise funds for Legeheltene's work in creating opportunities for play, physical activity, and community for hospitalized children. Their efforts provide positive experiences during a difficult time.

Danske Hospitalsklovne via Klovneløbet

We are Danske Hospitalsklovne's main partner in this year's Klovneløb, where even the smallest steps can make a huge difference. The more than 100 local Klovneløb raise money to give children and families in Danish hospitals a cheerful break during their hospitalization.

We are proud to partner with Danske Hospitalsklovne, which is based on strong shared values of care and compassion.

Save the children

Save The Children works to ensure the rights of all children and provides long-term assistance to vulnerable children in Denmark and the rest of the world. Each year, GLS supports Save the Children and their great efforts.
