What is GLS Live Tracking?

GLS Live Tracking is a real-time parcel tracking service. The recipient can check the courier’s location on a map, the estimated delivery time and the number of stops remaining before delivery. This makes it easier to plan the day and avoid waiting with uncertainty.

You can track your GLS parcel online using the parcel number - on the GLS website or in the myGLS app. The system shows the current parcel status and, for selected deliveries, also planned delivery information as part of Live Tracking.

The myGLS app lets you conveniently manage your parcels from your phone. You can track parcels, use GLS Live Tracking, receive push notifications, change delivery options and find the nearest GLS ParcelShop or parcel locker.

Yes, the myGLS app allows you to manage your delivery if this option is available for your parcel. The recipient can change the delivery date or location, or redirect the parcel to collect it more conveniently.
