What is Live Tracking at GLS?

Live Tracking allows you to monitor your shipments on a map in real time from your email. On the day of delivery, you will receive a message with a unique link. Click on it to access a panel with an interactive map. You can see where the courier is in real time, how many stops they have left before reaching your address, and the estimated delivery time, accurate to within 15 minutes.

Technology that guarantees complete freedom

With Live Tracking, you gain complete control over your delivery – you can track your shipment from the 20th stop before your delivery address until it knocks on your door or is delivered to a parcel locker or GLS point.
